Media Hub is based on the provision of "pre-indexed" media, whether that's media which is already attached to a supporter's record; therefore, we can easily import it onto our platform or is indexed within a 3rd party system such as Alfresco or Sharepoint.
However, we understand that not every organisation will be able to provide pre-indexed media to easily import against supporters' records, which is why we provide an index and validation service.

Media Hub is available on a monthly subscription and can be cancelled anytime. However, we also offer Media Hub under a 12-month subscription, which includes a FREE Smart View subscription.
